RECIPE CRÊPE EXOTIC
For 6 persons :
- 1 mango
- 60 cl of red berries coulis
- 6 balls of green lemon sorbet
- 10 mint leaf
- 1 lemon
- 1 green lemon
- For the decoration: sugar and 1 of vanilla pod.
- Take the pulpit of mango
- Reserve a part for decoration and brown the remainder with some butter.
- Lay out the fruits on the crepe, recover with red berries coulis
- Close again the crepe by leaving an opening.
Decorate with pieces of red berriescoulis and add a scoop of green lemon sorbet when you are about to serve the crepe.
