For 6 persons :
- 12 slices of smoked salmon
- 50 cl of cream
- Some dill
For the decoration :
- Slices of lemon and leafs of salad.
- On the crepe, before cooked , to spread 2 slices of smoked salmon.
- Close the crêpe and let hanf to let open
- To put on the crepe of some cream
- Decorate with lemon and dill
