For 6 persons :
- 6 sausages from Strasbourg or from Francfort
- 500 g slices of emmental cheese
- Some mustard
- Salt & pepper
- The crepe needs to be placed on the griddle, pour on the crepe a lot of mustard
- Put on the crêpes the sausages cut in the direction length.
- Put then slices of emmental cheese.
- Fold and let cook a few seconds
