Quality is a must for Crêpes de France. Our dough preparation respects tradition and is made from quality raw materials: eggs, milk, flour (wheat or buckwheat) and that’s it! Our flours are carefully selected and come from French mills, mainly located in the Moselle and Jura.
There are no additives, sugar, salt, aroma, GMO or preservatives in our mixes.
Crêpes de France offers gourmet mixes to satisfy all tastes: crepes with wheat butter, crepes of black wheat, waffles and pancakes. Very easy to use and as our grandmothers used to do.
